Refund & Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right to cancel or return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@antiagesrrefinei.shop. Please include your order reference number and the reason for return (optional). We will provide return instructions by email within 2 working days.
3. Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and packaging where possible.
- Opened or partially used food supplement products may not be eligible for a full refund unless the product is faulty or not as described.
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the original product price and any standard delivery charges you paid.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food supplement products (unless faulty).
- Products returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@antiagesrrefinei.shop with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
